Job Description

Monitor and manage Accounts Payable activitySupport GL team in monthly closing process to ensure that AP are closed properlyEnsure supplier invoices are recorded on timely basisPlan, generate and checking payment proposal before payment dateEnsure payments to suppliers are in order and are supported with sufficient documentationReview creditor reconciliation and dealing with creditors to resolve disputesLiaise with supplier & attend their queriesMonitor Treasury function by managing cash and bank transactions & balancesWork with AR team to monitor working capital

Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalentAt least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this positionExperience of working with computerised financial systems. Knowledge of E1 is an added advantage.Sound knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)Committed with strong sense of responsibility & able to work within deadlineFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
