Job Responsibilities - and bull Responsible for the Talent Acquisition Learning and Development and Employee Relations and bull In charge of end to end talent acquisition and management process of the group to ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations and business requirements and bull Proactively engage and advise Hiring Manager on manpower planning and talent selection and bull Continuous design develop implement and review the recruitment activities and bull Create maintain and develop of talent database and bull Manage new joiner on-boarding programme and bull Manage work pass application renewal or cancellation for expatriate and foreign employee and bull Organise and support training and development programme and bull Assist in Performance Management System and bull Conduct knowledge sharing to Non-HR Managers and bull Responsible for ER matters and maintain positive employee relationship and bull Manage and coordinate with vendors professional bodies and government bodies and bull Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field and bull Responsible to generate HR related reports as and when required and bull Support the business needs and ad hoc assignments when needed Essential Qualifications and Skills and bull Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and bull Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and bull Proficient in written and spoken English and bull Outgoing with positive and can do attitude and bull Able to work independently as well as a team player and bull Able to work in dynamic environment and under pressure and bull Willing to travel and work on weekend for career fair
