Assist in monitoring the Company s compliance with all relevant statutory requirements including filing of statutory forms, making public announcements or disclosures and maintaining statutory registers and records;Assist in day-to-day secretarial and legal matters as well as effectively coordinate all related tasks in a timely manner;To prepare and circulate the Directors Circular Resolutions and Circular Resollutions of Board Committees in order to obtain timely Board or Board Committee s approval;Assist to to prepare sale and purchase agreement and other relevant documents for execution by purchasers where the sale and purchase documentations are done internally;Provide general support to Company Secretary/Head of Legal;Requirements:Candidates must possess/pursuing qualification in ICSA/MAICSAPossessing Law Degree/Diploma will be an added advantage;Proficient in maintaining and safekeeping of statutory records;Good knowledge of Malaysia Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance;At least 2Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;Good command of English (both spoken and written);Good knowledge of MS Office including Words, Excel and PowerPoint;For candidates holding a Senior Executive position for at least 4 years may apply for Assistant Manager position.
