Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degreein any field At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent Responsible for local Succession Planning identify talents and high potentials identify opportunities for promotions etc Develop and maintain salary structures and job evaluation system Responsible for benchmarking and renewal of all company insurance such as Travel H and S Global health etc Manage recruitment process and hiring and ensure a quality on boarding process for new employees Propose required updates on human resource policies and procedures Proactively advise Management with trends and required accurate HR information for business-critical decisions including but not limited Employment rules and terms in accordance to employment act IRSupport annual Performance Management process and ndash PMR Ensure 100 IFS HR data integrity Generate any management reports concerning turnover headcount absence and other HR information required Keep up to date accurate employee information files and ndash both electronically and on file Maintain leave records for all employees and ndash submit to local authorities for local and legal compliance where required e g maternity leave etc Responsible to process work visa formalities for Foreign Knowledge WorkersResponsible for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing for employees and liaise with payroll vendors Administer and control employee benefits e g medical dental reimbursements etc Appointment and updates of panel clinicsDevelop implement and maintain HR procedures to comply with local Labour regulations Assist and advice in development of compensation and benefits plans Administer training needs Provide soft skills training needsAssist Managing Director make short- and long-term HR plansAssist in Contact Centre in the morning as and when needed
