Job Description

Our client is a world’s leading end to end IT services organization with clients from diverse arrays of industries across the globe. They are now looking to further expand and establish their HR practices in Malaysia and require a Senior HRBP to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of HR who is based in Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in developing, recommending and implementing HR policies within the organisation to fully leverage human capital. You will participate in employees’ performance and learning and development initiatives. You will act as the liaison between employees and/ or managers and the organisation to provide excellent guidance around policies and procedures to resolve employees’ concern in order to enhance organisational effectiveness.

To be successful for the role, you need to have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of HRBP experience. Ideally, you will need to have exposure working in an organization size of more than 400 employees. You must also be able to work efficiently with the stakeholders assigned to you and be the subject matter expert of your work domains.
