Job Description

In-charge of recruitment which include ofefficient sourcing, selection, interviewing, negotiation and on-boarding

To fully in-charge of HR function such as preparing offer letter, confirmation of employee, transfer, promotion, issuing warning letter, reports and update leave record

To foster a conductive working environment through organizing employee relations activities and communication

Liaise with government bodies which related to HR matter

To monitor & in-charge of company office licence renewal and The Board’s licence renewal

Responsible for any matter related to EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LHDN

To process monthly employee payroll including statutory deduction & contribution

To prepare theKPI review formwith the respective Department Head for all the employee

Process employee monthly & quarterly performance review and KPI

To handle on employee and agents disciplinary issue

To handle complaints by client and The Board

To assist in handling and encourage internal staff to participate in company activities such as annual dinner, monthly activities, quarter award, etc

Support admin department which include drafting letters, clerical duties and maintain solid database of HR and employees

To update and keep track on the active and inactive agent record

To consolidate the EAC attendance record

To arrange welcome lunch and birthday lunch

To create surprise Birthday gift for staff

To do REN application for the agents

In charge of staff yearly review trip

To prepare and do the staff and agent's award recognition for Quarter Award

Create and maintain good employee relationship

To assist other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Required LanguageMandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent

Preferably who have experience on doing Company Organization Chart, KPI Setup, Career Path
