Job Description

1. Role Summary
(Please provide a brief summary of the position)

1.1. Oversees the whole process chain from demand, solution over project fulfilment and handover to service delivery including enablement of benefit tracking.
1.2. Responsible for the management of projects, typically involving the development and implementation of IT solutions to satisfy business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
1.3. Performs feasibility studies, resource planning, team selection, performance appraisals and budgets
1.4. Provide cost and time estimates
1.5. E-2-E responsible for demands handed over to IT.
1.6. To Obtain Intensive knowledge of respective business area processes – Contact Logistics.

2. Role Qualifications/Skills

2.1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
2.2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in which 2 years of project management experience
2.3. Technically strong in all or some of these languages: Java, HTML5, , SQL , Power Builder
2.4. Some knowledge on network and infrastructure
2.5. Good in business and IT processes
2.6. Strong determination, able to handle pressure and work well in a fast pace environment
2.7. Exhibit strong leadership skill and able to multi task effectively

3. Principle Accountabilities

3.1. Responsible for the management and monitoring of the analysis, design, programming, execution and support of all assigned projects.
3.2. Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects.
3.3. Full responsibility for project including budget
3.4. Plans and monitors the project budget and resources

3.5. Train and coach application developers
3.6. Accountable for all activities of proactive business consulting, solution strategy development, demand refinement and solution design
3.7. Collection and review of demands handed over from business to IT, e.g. from business development, renewals, innovation
3.8. Represent IT in customer engagements
