Job Purpose:As the Senior Manager, Head of Digital you ll demonstrate an intimate understanding of how consumers interact with channels and technology, with an emphasis on consumer journey and how to most effectively engage with and keep the consumer engaged across the digital ecosystem. Utilizing a data driven and analytical approach you ll lead the team from strategy through execution and optimizationYou will take the business to a "digital first" culture and mentality. The role will cover all digital streams including online digital media, online marketing, online sales, social channels & supporting back end systemsKey Accountabilities:Keen understanding and relevance in industry related mattersResponsible to consult and advise digital media activities for all campaigns and ongoing activities, leading online media advertising landscaping and conversion strategyPlan, setup and optimize "Always On" digital advertising channelsProvide digital media plans and insights to marketing teams on both tactical and branding campaignsDevelopment, delivery and continuous improvement of the digital presence online, including websites, mobile app(s) and social media sitesResponsible for delivery of social media capabilities. Formulate, develop and execute social strategy and lead social conversion through good contentsAccountable for the design, development and delivery of the differentiated UX / UI across all digital channelsIdentification and management of all digital tools for internal and external digital management, across all platformsMaintaining brand and positioning alignment between and across all digital platformsMonitoring, testing and constant refinement of the digital experience across all platformsYou will oversee teams responsible for product ownership, UX, optimisation, email and direct comms and work hand-in-hand with the Head of Campaigns to ensure our digital communications are fully joined up with all other activitiesBe the digital expert for the team to setup, monitor, optimize campaigns; Being a thought leaderGrowth Hacking - explore workarounds and innovative ways to improve key metricsKey Experience and Qualification:More than 8 years of experience in digital performance marketing or similar fieldBachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or other Advertising subjects preferredHands-on knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party NetworksExtensive experience with digital tools and testing methodologies, coupled with strong data driven marketing skillA successful track record of developing and executing a digital strategy across multiple platformsDigital experience in online sales, CEx, UX / UI and online carePassionate about defining strategy and driving growthGood with numbers, analytical minded and possesses great problem solving skillsA hands-on, "roll up your sleeves", action-oriented approach and comfort leading and working with a strong multidisciplinary teamProven commercial acumen.
