Job Purpose:To execute business plans and achieve pre-set sales target. The primary role is to provide sales support and services and services to ourBank PartnerKey ResponsibilitiesTo initiate business plan, execute & monitor effectively to achieve pre set key drivers target.To develop and grow productive business relationship withBank Partner and strengthens relationship building.To conduct regular meeting as per governance structure ofBank partner to enhance channel management capability and service delivery.To drive and supportBank Partner to achieve the agreed sales target.To establish good relationship and manage the various functional Heads internally.Further enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness to deliver superior customer service.To participate actively in product development and enhancements of sales process and customer service delivery standards.To launch and manage sales incentive challenge and sales promotional / recognition for sales staff.To conduct new product launching, road show and refresher training for sales staff.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor s Degree in Business Studies, Management, Marketing, or any related fields.15 years of working experience. Minimum 8 years of sales supervisory and management experience.Possesses good training and sales coaching skills.Able to execute sales strategic plans effectively.Possesses strong communication skills.Possesses strong leadership skills and business acumen.Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
