Job Responsibilities:-Advertising and Promotion (Creative)Able to conceptualize, develop and execute creative and strategic plans for advertising and promotional material to attract attention and intention of customers to buy.Lead, inspire and work collaboratively with the team (including designer and copywriter) to generate creative ideas for projects from concept to completion.Plan and prepare effective strategies for marketing activities and events that can strengthen the image of the Company.Monitor and analysis sales promotion results to determine cost-effectiveness of promotion campaigns.Digital MarketingLeading all aspects of the digital performance marketing efforts to support business goals, drive commercial performance.Incharge of designing, building and maintaining our social media presence to drive online traffic to the company website and Facebook page and constantly improve and update our website and Facebook Contents with the latest up-to-date information.Integrate between traditional and digital marketing platforms to achieve overall marketing objectives.Plan & develop marketing strategies for company branding and services.Ensure performance marketing alignment, strong tactical campaign collaboration and integration across functions including Sales, Revenue, Optimization and Communications. Able to do lead generation using SEO, SEM, PPC/CPC, email campaigns, blogs, forums, and other social media experience.Provide mentoring, training, coaching, direction, and growth opportunities to the team.Monitor trends and competitors’ social media and ground activities in order to identify opportunities to differentiate the brand.Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.BrandingDevelop, manage and execute the company branding initiatives.Work closely with related parties to measure the effectiveness of brand campaign investment and formulate plans to adjust or improve where necessary.Media and Public RelationsCreate and co-ordinate media kits for events including new products launching, road shows, store openings, etc...Handle press release and dissemination of information to the media.Build relationships with relevant and targeted publications editorial departments and journalists.Monitor and updates social media example Facebook, Website, etc...Job Requirements:-At least a Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related discipline.A minimum offive (5)years of related working experience and excellent marketing.Creative and innovative.Strong Thinking Skills and Strong Planning Skills in Marketing Activities.Excellent in writing and PR skills are a must.Great analytical thinking and also presentation skill.Successful applicants can look forward to: -Attractive remuneration package.Staff purchase discounts.Annual company trip.Annual salary review / adjustment.Motivating & challenging working environment.
