Job Description

Responsibilities:Manage daily activities of the operational sales support function.Familiar with business/accounting management workflow, processing including preparation of reports, charts, quotation, delivery, stock check and other statistics to support the sales team.Monitor pending orders, initiates and tracks order to completion.Cordinate & monitor shipment - custom clearance with suppliers, transporter/forwarder and customers.Handle customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.Monitor purchase order and prepare monthly report for management review.Handle sales team enquiries (such as stock availability) & customer delivery coordination of orders & follow up.Ensure proper record filing & documentation.Monthly update of price list or whenever cost of products have any change.Other relevant duties assigned by the Management.Requirements:Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma in any related field.At 3-4 year (s) of working experience in the supply chain management.Strong sense of responsibilities, able to work independently and in a team, self-movitated, organized/detailed person and good communication skills with leadership ability.Candidate must handle related task for all the affiliated companies local & overseas.Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
