We are looking for experience Senior PCBA process engineer with proven track record in driving NPI and current PCBA process engineering Great team player with in-depth knowledge of end to end PCBA processes
Have in-depth knowledge of PCBA assembly process from SMT, AOI, wave soldering, manual soldering, selective wave, and conformance coating Develops SMT re-flow and wave solder temperature profiles to achieve repeatability of manufacturing processes
Lead NPI activities by defining the production process including, establishing optimal line configurations, defining equipment and process parameters, specifying all required tooling such as stencils, wave/reflow pallets and assembly fixtures
Evaluates new designs and provides Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis and closure with customers
Drive continuous process improvements and engineering solutions to improve yields, efficiencies and eliminate waste in a timely manner Production problems, some of which may be complex, related to manufacturing, design, quality and material engineering
Support and guide team members in the development of documentation required to support the production process (ex Process flows, PFMEA, IQ, OQ and PQ)
To ensure that machine / tooling maintenance program are properly carry out and monitor the efficiency of line performance to suggest and implement improvement action when needed
To supervise and guide process & equipment technicians to ensure the effectiveness of the daily job function completion
To participate on ECN meeting and ensure the action required on MIMS process being implemented correctly within the target date set
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Industrial, or Electronics Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
More than 5 years of relevant experience required including knowledge of Printed Circuit Board assembly (PCBA), surface mount technology assembly processes, methods, and equipment and/or high-level assembly experience
Knowledge of statistical methods and their application to a manufacturing process
Knowledge DFM processes, process design and tooling design
Demonstrated experience creating process documentation (eg PFMEAs, Process Flows, Visual Aids)
Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills required
Experience in productivity improvement required
