Job Description

PeopleAsset is a boutique Executive Search and Talent Advisory firm based out of India. We are currently assisting our US headquartered client which has just set up office at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They looking to hire for the role of “Senior Project Manager / Project Manager”.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders

- Will play the role of Project Manager in technology and will manage 3 - 4 workstreams at the client site

- Genuinely care about client challenges and successes and able to demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving skills to help client overcome challenges

- Develops customer account plans for customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success

- Identify opportunities for client to increase usage of the current product as well expand to new products

- Proactively manage customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction

- Understand client business requirements, propose and negotiate a technical solution and deliver solutions

- Translate client business requirements for internal technical team and ensure that the product/service is delivered to client per the requirements and timeline

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters’ in Business or Operations preferred

- Minimum of 7 - 8 years of demonstrated successful career record in a similar Technology based consulting role

- Should have a consulting mindset since this role will involve deep interactions with client stakeholders across multiple streams

- Should have successfully managed teams – even of the client organization

- Previous technology consulting experience wrt S2C / S2P deployment / P2P Implementation

- Strong leadership skills in a client-facing environment

- Excellent communication and client management skills

- Experienced team leader skilled in people development, coaching and motivation

- Strong teamwork, problem solving, organization and process improvement skills

- Very detail oriented

- Efficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

- Able to travel

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

- Brings strong presence and poise to the table, including ability to facilitate meetings / calls effectively and assertively with internal and senior client executive level audience

- Maturity and ability to handle pressure situations

- Demonstrated leadership

- High level of flexibility, adaptability and team orientation

- Advanced MS PowerPoint, including storyboarding / structured communication, and Excel proficiency
