CompanyWe are a market leader in the Woodworking, furniture and flooring machine manufacturer from Europe.Very long standing and reputable European MNC.We are expanding our market footprint in Malaysia now.Job Responsibilities>Sales of Service Maintenance Contract , Spare Parts, Service Modification on piping, machines and other related to service activities.>To initiate upon handing over of new units, a Service Contract incorporating a warranty period and subsequent chargeable proposal for customer approval.>To liaise closely with the Service Engineer and Supervisor for opportunities to create repairs sales.>Regularly to visit Customer to build good customer relationship and to assess customer s satisfaction on our Services as a company customer defender.>Opportunities is to be taken to promote upgrading/modernization sales during this visits.>To monitor closely on all works executed and ensure that billings are done accordingly.>Fully responsible to achieve the Company s Service and Sapre Parts Sales Budget.>Responsible to submit Monthly Sales Forecast on the monthly basis and activities report on the weekly basis.>Account management on customers portfolio, maintaining customer relations for continued satisfaction.>To be alert and aware of market trend conditions and competitions.>Provide customer service through frequent and continuous contracts and communications with them.>Any others duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time.Job Requirements>Territory Education in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.>Required language(s):English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.>At least more than3 years sales and marketing experience in selling service maintenance contracts, spare parts and other service related business.>Knowledge and experience in the woodworking , CNC and furniture machinery industry will be added advantage.>Good communication skills – both oral and written>Good in both technical and commercial mind set.>Hardworking, loyal , fast learner and smart personnel.>Ability to work independently and resourceful with good initiatives and foster customer relationship.>Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer orientation.>Domestic & Overseas training programs provided.>Knowledge of general computer, hardware and software applications will be an added advantage.>Knowledge in the HS Code (Hormonizied Commodity System Code), experience and has knowledge in handling the spare parts clearance from the Malaysia custom.Interested and qualify applicants are encouraged to send in your latest CV with the current passport size photo to apply for this open position.WORK LOCATIONBandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor.
