Job Summary:Assume the role of SAP Basis to perform SAP platform activities by providing efficient, scalable and high-performance environment to support business operationsGuide and monitor SAP system landscapes in areas related to technical standards, naming conventions, procedures, policies and administration to ensure high performance and availability;Lead project groups in area of Basis implementations;Assist in deploying complementary tools and solutions to strengthen SAP system performances and efficiency;Perform, update administration procedure/controls available for user access to designated SAP application where necessary;Develop, maintain SAP system documented process for data recovery/BRP;Adhere to and guide others on compliance of established best practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, and compliance to audit and industry standards (e.g. CSV, ICS, etc.);Guide SAP Basis support personnel in the countries and shared services center;Provide and guide others for prompt support and resolution of SAP Basis issues and matters;Build effective relationships with IT colleagues to deliver highly available, high performance SAP systems;Ensure service level adherence and customer satisfaction;Job Requirement:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;Demonstrate knowledge in planning, designing and implementing large SAP systems;Demonstrate knowledge in modern SAP technologies (eg: S/4 HANA, BW on HANA, BW/4 HANA Fiori, C/4 HANA);Experience in the implementation and performance-tuning of business intelligence and middleware tools;Experience in deploying and supporting SAP environments, preferably in multinational companies;Demonstrate experience in implementing SAP projects and data recovery setup, in an environment similar to DKSH;Familiar with IT service management framework;Familiar with IT infrastructure topologies;Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross-country/culture interactions;Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner;Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken;Abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities;Proven numeracy and excellent quantitative analysis;Demonstrate proficiencies in Office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
