Primary FunctionsPerforms TPM maintenance activities and has an overall responsibility over facilities equipment performance, reliability and improvement for both plant operation and lead a group of AEs on day to day operation task.Responsibilities :Emphasis on maintenance prevention, breakthrough improvement, new technologies with TPM features or equivalent.Support the development and coordination of training for the technician.Work closely with Facilities, EHS, IT, and all relevant departments in the new set-ups of offices, machinery, and other utilities and to ensure both internal and external requirements are complied with.Support new equipment buyoff / set up.Upgrade overall PM system and procedures.Ensure company’s internal and external building layouts plans are updated, documented and readily available in both hard and soft copies of reference, inspection and audit.Establish operating procedures and guidelines on existing and new set-ups, re-layout and industrial engineering related projects and activities. Review and update these documentations on regular basis and/or as and when required.Established yearly preventive / predictive maintenance schedule and manage the maintenance activities.Manage contractor for the contracted services and update the KPI.Basic design of electrical distribution circuit to better manage loan balancingAccountable for meeting Energy Commission guidelines for electrical safety and protection.Leading a group of facilities operator AEs to carry out day to day operation task.Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements.Support internal and external audit readiness and compliance.Any other duties assigned by superior & management from time to time.QualificationsPossess at least Degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualifications.Minimum 8 years of hands on working experience in operating, troubleshooting and problem solving skills on facilities equipment in plant engineering preferably in MNC companies.Must possess minimum BO Chargeman Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.CEPIETSO-PCP /WWTP CertificationCEPSO (certified environmental professional in air scrubber operation) CertificationAble to work independently and possess high sense of responsibilities, Computer literate with hands on knowledge in CAD, MS Office application. E.g. Auto Cad, Power Point, Word, Excel.Analytical, hardworking, self-motivated, initiative, good interpersonal, communicational skill and team player. Must have a sense of responsibility to meet objectives of the organization.Familiar with QMS and ISO requirements in Preventive Maintenance.Strong technical background with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or troubleshooting.Proven track record in structuring and leading problem solving and improvement activities.Independent and aggressive with excellent supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.Willing to work in odd and extra hours to support organization function if required.
