Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.

Applicants shall have a minimum of one (1) years of relevant service experience in the automotive industry. However, fresh graduates without relevant working experience are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.
Performs customer service duties: answers phone calls, schedules service appointment, entertains walk-in customer, etc.
Works closely with the mechanic to monitor the vehicle service progress
Performs administrative work: issues invoice & receipt, filing, and other documentations
