Job Responsibilities Manage outsourced partners to deliver repair services to Motorola Solutions and rsquo customers in China and Hong Kong Work with various key work partners to design prepare and execute the repair service contracts with customers Manage the spare parts inventory in the repair depots to ensure always available inventory to support customer and rsquo s repair and still meeting the inventory goal set by the organization Collaborate with the outsourced partner to drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiative to improve cost and quality of the repair services and operations Monitor outsourced partners and rsquo performance daily weekly and monthly to ensure commitment to customers are met Coordinate with the outsourced partners for the daily weekly and monthly KPI performance Drive actions for the missing KPI performance The candidate will be the focal point between the repair team and internal Motorola Solutions service team in China and Hong Kong Work closely with the stakeholders to provide solutions to customer for the end of life EOL products that are no longer serviceable Work closely with the material and planning team to plan for the support of the end of life EOL components and spare parts in order to provide continuity of repair services to customers until the product end of service life EOS Prepare and share the regional repair depot performance to the management team on a regular basis Prepare and support monthly and quarterly cost and financial review Travel to the repair depots as necessary Job Requirements Degree in technical fields preferably in Electronics Electrical or Mechanical Engineering At least 5 years of working experience in product servicing industry Knowledge in product support operations post sales support - warranty contract maintenance etc Proficient in Mandarin verbal and written communication as role requires communication with clients from China Hong Kong etc Knowledge in the supply chain operations Basic knowledge in cost management Experience in managing and driving outsourced partners in delivering repair service to customers as per the service level agreement SLA Excellent communication skills with customers partners and internal stakeholders Able to lead a team and work with stakeholders and outsourced partners from multiple countries in the region remotely Management capability with organizational talent and strength to enforce decisions by taking cultural differences into consideration Independent and self motivated to support the customer and rsquo s needs and organizational needs Team player - able to collaborate and work across different functions within the organization to provide services to customers Problem solving mindset with the attitude to follow through the actions until closure Basic project management skill set will be an added advantage Knowledge in Oracle and Google Suites will be an added advantage Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas Penang
