Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Manage outsourced partners to deliver repair services to Motorola Solutions’ customers in China and Hong KongWork with various key work partners to design, prepare and execute the repair service contracts with customersManage the spare parts inventory in the repair depots to ensure always available inventory to support customer’s repair and still meeting the inventory goal set by the organizationCollaborate with the outsourced partner to drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiative to improve cost and quality of the repair services and operationsMonitor outsourced partners’ performance daily, weekly and monthly to ensure commitment to customers are metCoordinate with the outsourced partners for the daily, weekly and monthly KPI performance Drive actions for the missing KPI performanceThe candidate will be the focal point between the repair team and internal Motorola Solutions service team in China and Hong KongWork closely with the stakeholders to provide solutions to customer for the end of life (EOL) products that are no longer serviceableWork closely with the material and planning team to plan for the support of the end of life (EOL) components and spare parts in order to provide continuity of repair services to customers until the product end of service life (EOS)Prepare and share the regional repair depot performance to the management team on a regular basisPrepare and support monthly and quarterly cost and financial reviewTravel to the repair depots as necessary

Job Requirements

Degree in technical fields, preferably in Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringAt least 5 years of working experience in product servicing industryKnowledge in product support operations (post sales support - warranty, contract maintenance, etc)Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written communication) as role requires communication with clients from China, Hong Kong etcKnowledge in the supply chain operationsBasic knowledge in cost managementExperience in managing and driving outsourced partners in delivering repair service to customers as per the service level agreement (SLA)Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersAble to lead a team and work with stakeholders and outsourced partners from multiple countries in the region remotelyManagement capability with organizational talent and strength to enforce decisions by taking cultural differences into considerationIndependent and self motivated to support the customer’s needs and organizational needsTeam player - able to collaborate and work across different functions within the organization to provide services to customersProblem solving mindset with the attitude to follow through the actions until closureBasic project management skill set will be an added advantageKnowledge in Oracle and Google Suites will be an added advantageMust be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
