Job Description

Customer service by telephone, mail and chat.Sometimes required to use some level of judgment in defining solutions, adapt existing process, and escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution.Have the ability to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment.Understand client policies and guidelines.Attend and solve doubts complaints and comments to users/customers.Ability to perform different tasks at once.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of IT related courses.Required skill(s): Korean language or Japanese LanguageApplicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.willing to work ASAPWilling to work in shifting schedule/ rotational shiftNo work experience required.10 Full-Time position(s) available.
