It takes something special to drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services That’s a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery

Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to practice on moderate risk and low, med, high projects maintaining project quality, finances and focus
• Limited guidance from Manager, assists in mentoring others, contributes to training and solutions scenarios
• Potential Partner management and support
• Adherence to Support processes
• Ensures delivery against work statements or SOW

Essential Requirements
• Intermediate PM Methodology
• Intermediate Professional
• Process, Technical and Solution Acumen
• Dell EMC Proven Associate in Technology Certification

Desirable Requirements
• Industry Certifications
• ITIL Foundation
• PMP Certification or Equivalent

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
