We are looking for someone to oversee and supervise the entire spectrum of Human Resource functions to be carried out efficiently and effectively and ensure a smooth workflow in our Hospitality area Candidates must Coach lead and manage the performance of subordinates on the operational activities in ensuring effectiveness and quality output Understand the manpower requirements and execute timely plans and strategies in meeting the human resources needs and assisting in planning and budgeting on expenditures related to staffing and in hiring activitiesRecruitment screening of applications interviewing selection and placement activities arrange advertisements with relevant agencies and media conduct pre-employment tests and reference checks and liaise with organisers on career fairs and conduct recruitment Co-ordinate induction orientation programme for newly joined employees to be accountable and responsible for the overall delivery of HR functions for the unit in line with both human resources and business strategy and display teamwork and work closely with the other senior management personnel at all times Ensure accurate and timely HR manpower statistic preparation statutory submission and reportingProvide support and advice to all heads on all matters relating to HR functions as and when required to handle both internal and external audits as well as statutory audits on payroll and HR related functions to maintain the Human Resources Information System and to ensure data accuracy to conduct exit interview for all level of staff Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree any field At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources in the Hotel industry or equivalent
