Job Description

Responsibilites :-- Coordinate with planner, warehouse, transporters and shipping agents on incoming and outgoing shipment- Coordination with relevant authorities- Able to prepare relevant documents, licenses, permit for import and export thereafter submission to relevant authorities accurately and timely- To check and verify freight in/out and transportation billing- Work out and prepare shipment costing whenever necessaryRequirement :-- Must possess at least SPM with at least 2 years working experience in related field- Familiar with Malaysian & ASEAN custom/procedures/process and knowledgeable with custom tariff code- Proficiency in both written and spoken English- Must be computer literate- Must be detail orientated with excellent organization skills and good sense of urgency- Able to work independently and fast learner- Team Player- Possess own transport to travel- Experience in Manufacturing sector especially in shipping would be an advantage
