Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• To compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
• Maintain and update filling, inventory, mailing and database systems, either manually or using a computer
• Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports
• Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
• In charge of office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines and personal computers
• Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to enquiry
• Inventory and order materials, supplies and services
• Regularly adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Demonstrate friendly and cooperative attitude and maintain high level of customer care
• Perform assigned tasks if and when necessary by management

To be successful and RIGHT candidate for this role, you will need to have

• SPM qualification and above
• Presentable and able to deal with different levels of people
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Organized, multitasking and able to work under pressure
• Pleasant attitude
