Your Responsibilities Managing Station OperationsYour Duties Will be responsible to ensure that every aspect of Local and International regulatory requirements are met and complied This includes safe operations at station level of station compliance to the regulatory requirements and conformance to the policy and procedures Interact liaise and manage relationship with government and regulatory bodies other operating departments external vendors and suppliers Responsible for general administration of the station which encompasses asset management administrative and managing human resource activity at station Optimum manpower and resource utilization through strategic planning organizing controlling monitoring and leading Managing and adhering to all ground operations activity following company s Standard Operations Procedures SOP by enforcing safety and security at all times and strive to achieve department s Key Performance Indicator KPI especially on station on-time performance 90 within 5 minutes and aircraft turn around 90 on time Develop annual facility and manpower budget monitor and adhere to allotted station budget to keep cost low at all timesMonitor procedures on all station operational matters including finance equipment technology and people to maximize productivity at the same time maintain motivated and effective work forceYour Traits Possess personal traits friendly mature humble honest meticulous self-starter able to perform under pressure in a challenging environmentProficient in oral and written English and Bahasa MalaysiaAbility to maintain high confidentiality tactful and discretion when dealing with peoplePossess good management and leadership abilitiesPossess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with customersAble to work on flexible hoursYour Merits Bachelor and rsquo s Degree in any fieldMinimum 10 years and rsquo experience in customer service with 5 years and rsquo experience in the airline industryAnalytical with problem solving skillsGood writing skills and able to handle customers complaintsHigh comfort level working in a diverse environmentGood knowledge of MS Words Excel and PowerPoint
