Job Description

Able to communicate/engage/influence relationship with external stakeholders ie KKMM/SKMM/State Govt in dealing/lobbying/protecting Digi interest

Key Responsibilities
To develop and maintain constructive relationships with key influencers at the State level (State Government office, Municipal Councils and Local authorities/agencies)To assist HQ Function team with formal/informal engagement activities planned for Region (meetings, appointments, visits, events etc)To develop and maintain a knowledge base on State/Regional economic developments, local government issues to support HQ To provide relevant, useful feedback or critical information obtained through ground intelligence to HQ as and when availableTo update the relevant units in the Region with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing State or Local laws/rules/regulations, changes in forms/formats and other procedures to facilitate or smooth the progress of Digis engagement To act as the Regulatory contact point (SPOC) in the RegionTo create rapport and maintain positive relationship with Regional SKMMTo liaise with Regional Technology and escalate to Regulatory for assistance on matters relating to report submission, site visit & commission, Minister, MP or ADUNs visit related to coverage, AA audit check and other technical compliance mattersTo coordinate with Regulatory on Regional SKMM events (functions, forums, launches, VIP visits)To assist Corporate Communications on Regional events involving regional media (functions, press conference, launches

Your Merits
Degree Holder in any field, preferably on Corp Comms/Affairs or MarketingExperience in Corporate Affairs & MarketingCommunication SkillsStakeholder Management SkillsIndustry Law (Knowledge and understanding of both local and global telecommunications law and regulatory requirements)Able to interact & engage well with all level of communityNegotiation Skills
