Job Description

Job responsibilities To liaise with external agencies and organize opportunities for student to receive support and gain information on personal social and health issues To organize and upkeep the alumni club in all coordination administration and operation work to ensure its structure and activities This includes up keeping the networking between college and graduates as well as updating database of the alumni members on a periodic basis To research develop promotional campaigns and job placement functions to expand employment opportunities for students and graduates To oversee and monitor student hostel management including tenancy leasing maintenance and other related matters To lead on the welfare care and safety of students at all times ensuring the students and rsquo adherence to the College and rsquo s rules To monitor the process of new existing International Students visa applications renewal of student passes and immigration procedures To work closely with Government Agencies such as EMGS in up keeping of regulatory procedures related to the department To work closely with Government Bodies such as PTPTN Kojadi or other loans that provide to student and up keeping of regulatory procedures related to department To oversee and monitor Student Welfare Affair activities Induction Student Sports Club and Graduation Ceremonies To lead and guide the preparation of the in-house project activities for the students Job requirements Minimum Degree Tertiary education qualification with 3 and ndash 4 years working experienceA good team player and possess and rsquo sound leadership skillsPossess counseling writing negotiation and excellent interpersonal skillsPrior experience in planning and implementing student activities welfare services counseling students interaction with immigration and government sector will be added advantageAbility to work to deadlines deal with stress and thrive under pressureAbility to speak in mandarin will be an added advantage due to China Students Apply NowOrSend your resume to Johnson Ng email and 160 protected 6018-9184054
