Job Description

What is the opportunity

Responsible to lead and direct all payments processing (cash processing/transaction management), and follow-up activity for operations in KL serving the hubs of London, Luxembourg & Dublin

Region Luxembourg
Working hours 400pm - 100am

What will you do

Works closely with manager of department to achieve department and organization goalsEvaluates performance of staff and conducts appraisal for direct reportingConstantly seeking increase production accuracyAction oriented – exhibits drive, motivation, communication and decision making skillsDisplays leadership and demonstrates ability to adapt to changesIdentifying and encourage process improvement ideasManage the efficiency and productivity of the team to ensure all static data is maintained and updated in an accurate and timely mannerReporting relationship with Manager and key interaction with the following functions/geographies

What do you need to succeed


• As a guideline to ensure a reasonable time is spent in a role, you are expected to have at least 12 months of service in your current role for any lateral move
• At least a College degree
• Any prior banking experience in operations / Back office is a plus
• PC literate in MS Office applications Excel and
• Word Knowledge of different investment instrument types
• 4 years relevant Securities Operations/financial services experience
• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize actions
• Motivated, flexible, able to be part of a team
• 2– 3 years of managerial experience


• Previous relevant industry knowledge
• Willingness to take on new challenges, confident and self-motivated
• Systems literate
• Good Verbal and written communication skills
• Process Improvement and innovation
• Planning
