The candidate will also possess a combination of strong technical skills and communication skills.Key DutiesSupport trouble-shooting client issues with high level data analysis and project reviewInteracting with Development engineers, Product Management and other internal groups to ensure timely problem resolutionWorks on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Authoring knowledge base articles and driving internal knowledge sharing.Assist with licensing and delivery tasks (e.g. product installation, data migration etc…)Keep abreast of new product releases and technology developmentsKey SkillsBachelor’s Degree in engineering (preferably telecom) or equivalent, or higher3 + years’ experience in radio network design and optimizationStrong knowledge of radio technologies (2G,3G,4G…)Good Knowledge in 5G radio technology would be a plus.Proficient with radio network planning tools (preferably Mentum Planet)Good communication skills and team spiritFluency in English (other languages will be considered an asset and particularly Spanish and French)Good knowledge on Oracle would be a plusGood knowledge on Linux would be a plusGood knowledge of GIS concepts and software (preferably MapInfo Professional)
