Job Family Project & Maintenance Support

Department Technical

Reporting Manager, Technical Services

Functions/Responsibilities

- Project Implementation





Deliver or implement projects with according to customer’s technical requirement as agreed in the Technical Proposals





Coordinate with customers on new projects and follow through till project closed and commissioned





Keep customers inform on the project development and progress





Highly customer service driven with excellent planning & organizational abilities





Report to the assigned Project Leader/Manager during project implementation





Assist the Project Manager in all technical aspects of day-to-day project routines





- Daily Fault-Call Services



Assist in Support Team in performing technical fault isolation or troubleshooting at Customer’s premises

Required to be in standby for Support Request



- Technical Skillset / Knowledge Transfer



Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems, VMware and Client applications and support/trouble shooting

Familiarity with Citrix is a plus

Familiarity with basic Switching, Routing, Firewall, VPN and wireless products knowledge is a plus



Performance Requirements





Ability to efficiently and effectively perform the technical requirements





Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency





Ability to work independently with a significant “attention to detail”





Ability to work under pressure





Excellent pro-active verbal and written communication skills





Effectively communicates with teammates and managers re workflow, scheduling, and ETA’s





Meets or exceeds the established metrics for the position





Technology Competencies and Experience Requirements





Test and implement software on the Windows platforms





Familiarity with VMWare vSphere & Veeam Software





Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, server and client applications and support/trouble shooting





Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory





Familiarity with Exchange server with Support/Troubleshooting/Implementation is a plus





Familiarity with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and applications and support/trouble shooting is a plus





Education or Certification



Minimum 3 years of working experience, with 2 years in IT Support

Minimum Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology or related field

VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) – Infrastructure
