Be part of existing 24 x 7 support system providing mission critical operational, maintenance and technical support services for customers all over the world
Working in rotating shift to provide 24 x 7 x 365 support coverage
Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
Meeting the targeted SLA and KPI objective aligned with customers’ support agreement
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Work closely with team members and leaders at all time to achieve quality results and productivity
To channels and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure
Analyze statistic and compile accurate reports
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussion
Participate in ad hoc projects as require
Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
Self-motivated and punctual
Ability to multitask
A recognized Certificates, Diploma or Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year experience
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Unix / Linux knowledge will be added advantage
Working knowledge of customer service software, database and tools
Must be able to work on shift & Public Holidays
Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service
Effective team player with pleasant disposition and personality
Salary:MYR 3,000 - 4,200
