Job Responsibilities -
Provide level 2 support, troubleshooting and maintenance services on broad range of products to the customers of the CompanyProvide product and operational training to the customers, partners and operational engineers or techniciansProvide services such as product demo, system implementation and support for customers within Malaysia and overseasPrepare test scripts, test data and perform system testingPrepare and maintain documentationsAssist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is required by immediate superior

Job Requirements -
Candidate must have experience in Linux environment, maintaining and operating Linux operating system, Linux software and / or its associated hardwareCandidate required to have experience in basic networking – in terms of troubleshooting of LAN and WANPreferable candidate with minimum two to three (2 - 3) years working experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industryKnowledge of database such as MSSQL and MongoDB will be an added advantageCandidate required to standby 24/7 on a rotational basisCandidate must have own transport and willing to travelWorking location Technology Park Malaysia (TPM) Bukit Jalil

Education Requirements -
Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Network Engineering or its equivalent
