Responsibilities Oversee all Customer Happiness systems including but not limited to Salesforce and ChatBot technologyDay to day maintenance of systems including building the ChatBot databaseKey point of contact for external system vendorsFirst point of contact for Customer Happiness Allstar and rsquo s for any system related queriesCustomer Happiness stakeholder for any system requirements projects changes or needsDesign implement and own system manuals SOP and rsquo s process and training documentsProduce business requirements system requirements and business case documents for system needs and changesOther duties as requiredDesired Skills and Experience Possess at least a Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Computer Telecommunication or equivalentPrior experience with key Customer Happiness systems including Salesforce Google platform and ChatBot technologyStrong IT system knowledge including basic coding languages API integration options and cloud platformsDemonstrated experience building and managing multi channel ChatBot programsProject Management experienceAbility to be the liaison between the business and vendors to achieve key business objectivesExperience designing system related processes manuals and training programsStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsExcellent command of the English language
