Job Description


Oversee all Customer Happiness systems including but not limited to Salesforce & ChatBot technologyDay to day maintenance of systems including building the ChatBot databaseKey point of contact for external system vendorsFirst point of contact for Customer Happiness Allstar’s for any system related queriesCustomer Happiness stakeholder for any system requirements, projects, changes or needsDesign, implement and own system manuals, SOP’s, process & training documentsProduce business requirements, system requirements and business case documents for system needs & changesOther duties as required

Desired Skills & Experience

Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalentPrior experience with key Customer Happiness systems including Salesforce, Google platform & ChatBot technologyStrong IT system knowledge, including basic coding languages, API/integration options and cloud platformsDemonstrated experience building & managing multi channel ChatBot programsProject Management experienceAbility to be the liaison between the business and vendors to achieve key business objectivesExperience designing system related processes, manuals & training programsStrong interpersonal & presentation skillsExcellent command of the English language
