Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProvides customer service support for affiliates inquiring about travel related issuesManage T and E interfaces and technical requirementsPerforms Travel Service Configurations Changes and EnhancementsEnsure all business activities comply with T and E Policy relevant SOPs and local guidelinesEnsure SLA principles between SSC and affiliates are metEnsures best practices are shared across team membersManage Travel Policy Inquiries and settings within Concur TravelManage ticketing systems within Concur Service Now and JiraGenerate Travel or Adhoc reportsPerforms other travel tasks consistent with Standard Operating and Desktop Procedures update Knowledge documents as requiredConducts routine training on supported processes for new SSC colleagues local admins maintain basic training documents for supported processesDemonstrates an understanding of travel and expense best practices and oversees all related activitiesEnsures the travel and expense call center provides best in class service in order to meet the needs of our affiliatesCommunicate and collaborate proactively with various business partners Procurement TMC and management to resolve issuesRequirements Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively adhere to tight and established deadlinesDemonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer serviceKnowledge of Finance Shared Services and operational accounting processes Effective and professional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform work with limited direction and guidanceStrong presentation and analytical skills Ability to prioritize effectively and multitaskWorks well with others and follow through to execute all tasks to deliver on deadlinesLanguage requirements EnglishUniversity or Associate technical degree or equivalent work experienceExperience of SAP Concur platform knowledge Roche HR Data feed knowledge Experience with SAP is highly desirableMinimum 3 years working experience in system analyst or related field
