Talent Acquisition Executive
Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our company brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Assist in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs.Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.Utilize various sourcing methods/ channels (including proactive searches) to source candidates for vacancy.Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews and offers.Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities.Be part of and drive internal and external marketing initiatives which includes Employee Referral Program and Campus Out-search initiatives such as career fairs, talks and workshops.Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment events so that that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.Keep-up-to-date with new technological trends and products.Provide a smooth and professional start-to-end candidate experience.Assist in employee retention and development.Lead employment branding initiatives.Build, engage and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for IT positions.
At least 3years of full cycle recruiting is required; a combination of search firm and corporate recruiting experience is preferred.Holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Computer Science or any related fields.Excellent communication, influencing, advisory and negotiation skills.Strong passion for recruitment work and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.Expertise in direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.Pro-active in thinking and approach, has pleasant personality with positive attitude towards challenges and take initiatives to deliver task timely.Energetic, self-motivated, resourceful and able to seek alternatives and new methodologies.Good command of written and spoken English.A responsible attitude to all aspects of the work.Demonstrates solid work ethics.
