Job Description

Key Accountabilities
Creates plans, processes, and procedures for staffing in line with overarching Group objectives and Human Resources objectives.
Manages and controls recruiting services expenses in line with budgets and targets.
Partners with Human Resource Business Partners to identify staffing gaps within the organization and recommend solutions.
Develops, implements and monitors execution of Key Performance Indicators and operational metrics to ensure ongoing continuous improvement.
Manages front line recruiting staff including objective setting, ongoing coaching and feedback, performance management, and compensation and rewards decisions.
Consults on resolutions to conflicts.
Develops and maintains external relationships with universities, professional associations and supplier networks.

Business Accountabilities
Provides leadership and direction on administration for the recruitment, sourcing, selection, placement and transfer programs, as well as oversees and plans job fair strategies and attendance, internal job posting program coordinating with other Human Resources functional areas and defining the support required by systems and tools to support recruitment strategy and achievements.
Partners with Human Resource Business Partners to identify staffing gaps within the organization and recommend solutions.
Ensures streamlined staffing processes and a continuous pipeline of talent through effective sourcing channels.
Leads the implementation of local Talent Acquisition projects or monitors and controls allocated human and material resources assigned to project work, maintaining financial and progress forecasting in order to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule.
Supervise and quality-assure the drafting of key recruitment policy documents to ensure full compliance to the Organizations rules and regulations governing transactions.
Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and lead the implementation of systems and process improvements in own area.
Advise and support line management and employees in Talent Acquisition processes to ensure alignment across the organization.
Interpret, adapt and execute Talent Acquisition strategy to support local needs i.e. how can policies/regulation/legislation be satisfactorily applied to their country.
Support key recruitment and activity within area of responsibility under the guidance of the senior and/or Global Human Resources Business Partners and the Human Resources country head to ensure appropriate talent in the organization.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
