Job Description

"

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Conduct phone and face-to-face interview to assess minimum qualifications and basic
communication skills of applicants
2) Meet the set daily and weekly quota for number of interviewed and hired candidates
3) Input necessary and accurate information in applicant database on daily basis and email
to the Operations Manager
4) Monitor and make use of the online resume databases and other resources
5) Handles recruitment activities/process at on/off-site
6) Ensure all candidates are briefed on the job requirement prior to the interview to ensure
minimum walk out during the interview
7) Follow up with client closely on the interview result and ensure placement
8) Engage regularly with client Provide updates on the progress and performance of their
accounts, receiving and provide feedback on various aspects and act on required
changes

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES

1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field (Fresh grade is encouraged to apply)
2) Possess excellent organizational competency to handle multi-tasks and have the distinct
to work independently and resourceful
3) Excellent Microsoft Office, interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge in good
computer proficiency with related technology systems will be an added advantage
4) Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
5) Good probing skills and superior listening skills
6) Persuasive and result oriented
7) Good planning and organizing skills
8) Flexible and Mature, able to adjust to changing conditions
9) High-energy, Enthusiastic and Positive
10) Self-starter, a pace setter who can create an open, positive and innovative environment
and a customer-oriented culture
11) Team player

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
