Job Description

Manage team performance in meeting KRA and Financial TargetDeliver holistic private banking to high networth individual / ultra high networth individual by providing access to an open architecture of cutting-edge products and services.Grow share of wallet with the bank through focused relationship management activitiesBuild, develop and maintain long term client relationships by drawing on existing strong personal contact network or referral from existing client base Identify new business opportunities via various internal and external marketing channels with the objective of providing appropriate solutions, bespoke or otherwise, to these private client needsCoordinate with stakeholders (product, operation etc) to provide quality services to clientsEnsure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to when performing client on boarding and annual reviewEnsure compliance with Products and Sales Policies, Procedures and Guidelines set by the Bank’s and the relevant authorities are adheredComply with the Bank’s and other regulatory requirementsRequirements:A recognised Degree in Finance / Business or any equivalent qualificationMinimum 7 years of relevant working experience in the Financial Services industry, servicing high networth clientelePreferably 5 years’ experience in managing relationship bankersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPossess certifications / licensing – IPPC or module 6 & 7, FIMM in marketing of wealth products
