Job Description

Responsibilities

To manage a group of engineers and technician to carry out preventive maintenanceTo monitor, study and plan preventive maintenance for beverage manufacturing lineTo carry out improvement and cost saving projects on manufacturing lineTo lead and monitor new equipment installationTo manage OPEX & Capex dedicated to the specific production lineAccountable on plant maintenance budgetMonitor and carry out necessary improvement plan based on plant efficiencyContinual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and qualityCarry out training to technicians and engineers in terms of technical and system based relation to manufacturing practices

Requirement -

Minimum 5 years experience in technical or engineering for manufacturing plantMinimum degree in any engineering discipleKnowledge in GMP, HACCP, QMS, Lean Manufacturing, 5SExcellent reading and communication skill in English and Bahasa MelayuGood analytical and troubleshooting skills with ‘ability to resolve production and product quality problemA dynamic team leader with competency to train, motivate and monitor a group of technicians and engineersAble to carry out full fledge presentation to management team on any assigned project or improvement plans
