OBJECTIVES
To inspect, repair and maintain all Mechanical (Static & Rotating) equipment in the plant according to the instruction by his superior in order to minimize downtime of the equipment and to ensure the Plant meets the target set and required standard


MAIN TASKS
To inspect, repair and maintain all Mechanical Equipment, Rotating and Static specified by his superior in the plant in order to minimize downtime of the equipment and to ensure the Plant meets the required target and standard
To understand and act in accordance to BPC HSE policies and procedures
To draw logical and practical conclusion, providing options, recommendations that has impact at own work scope/ work area
Open and supportive to new ideas, process improvement initiated within BPC
To understand the goals of the team and each team members role
Ready and willing to evaluate personal progress and actions to ensure alignment with BPC objectives
Build and maintain positive personal contacts with other colleagues which are directly related to own work
Collate information from various sources, past trend/ data and provide rational analysis
Supervise and work with contractors to achieve maintenance best work efficiency and execution work quality


Requirement
Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized institutions
Minimum 5 years working experience in Mechanical maintenance in process plant
API certifications holder will be extra advantages
Hands on experience in pump and/or compressor maintenance will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
Good HSE awareness
Proactive, posses drive and commitment towards standard and performance for self
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP would be an added advantage
