Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls from provided database promoting insurance & banking product
• Communicate with customer over the telephone and provide high standards of service by explaining the detail of the insurance & banking product accordance to the given fact sheet and sales script
• Deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the products and services
• To contribute in team effort by accomplishing related results as needed individually and as a team player under the guidance & coaching of the team leader
• Able to reach the sales target of the company to ensure company profitability & sales commission

Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess a SPM/STPM/A Level/Diploma/Degree in any field
• Have passion for sales and able to communicate with customers professionally
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate with minimum 1 year working experience in telemarketing or insurance industry are added advantage
• Able to work collectively in a team under the guidance of the team leader
Working Hour/Day: Monday to Friday: 8.30 a.m. – 5.45 p.m. / Saturday: Until 1 p.m. (Half day rotational)
