Job Description

Test Engineering Manager



As a Test Engineering Manager, he/she will be responsible for defining and developing the strategy to Efinix’s product test methodology, testing processes and coverage analysis/improvement This is including but not limited to managing a team of engineer performing test plan definition, test design creation, test results analysis/debug and report signoff till production to success of product launch You will also provide support in product test proliferation and excursion management activities

Responsibilities



Define the test methodology, processes and coverage/improvement for Efinix’s products

Manage the test engineering team’s activities during new product development including test/DFT definition, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing volume ramping

Manage the team to create the test plan which meeting the desire test coverage for the products

Familiar and hands on testing, characterization and device qualification

Define and review test and test characterization flows with various engineering teams

Manage team to create and maintain the test and test characterization models

Manage team to prepare test characterization report for design, engineering and qualification samples

Review design validation tests and flow for coverage improvements Ensure all validation tests are performed to cover the product specification

Drive engineering initiatives for continuous improvement on existing product

Support process, devices and design engineering teams in all product and test chip activities



Qualifications



Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent

>8 years of working experience in the related field

Experience in FPGA testing and software (Quartus/Vivado/ISE) is preferred

Statistical methods and tools for data analysis

DFT features knowledge, eg ATPG, memory BIST, JTAG and etc

Excellent problem solving and analytical skill

Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English

Ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment

Knowledge in ATE tester and test development is an added advantage

Knowledge in tool and fixture design skill is a plus
