Responsibilities Manage and collaborate KAPE teams Supervisors to executive the planned promotions and campaign in designated Key Account This includes maintain product on shelf availability product hygiene planogram maintenance promotion display setup and price tracking On-site outlet support including visiting outlets and organising training to KAPE team Sales and Merchandisers in maintaining in-store merchandising standard and procedures Ensure execution excellence in Key Account channel distribution on New Product Launches planogram and in-store visibility Analyse promotion execution and effectiveness information and review with branches and key account Practise vigilance on competitor activities and to provide insights and findings Build effective relationship with retail partners branches and principals Manage and supervise Senior Category Executive role for the developments and implementation of Category Management services to designated Principals Responsible as point of contact for the retail customers regarding any product merchandising related issue Be aware and provide sound understanding on competitors by providing analysis etc for decision makingAnalyse retainer scan data sell in data consumer research data and provide insights topline Conduct category reviews to the assigned retailers and principle and recommend strategies to enhance category growth Provide space management services and advice to retail chain Collaborate with Sales Branches on planogram implementation Monitor update and audit on approved planogram to trade Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Business Studies Administration Management Marketing Commerce or equivalent At least 3 years of working experience in Category Management with proven track record in FMCG industry Proficient in using Space Management software by Nielsen Proficient in MS Office - Word Excel and Power Point Possess good communication interpersonal and presentation skills Possess strong analytical skills with good business acumen able to translate insight into action plan that deliver business growth
