Job Description

Manage and collaborate KAPE teams (Supervisors) to executive the planned promotions and campaign in designated Key Account This includes maintain product on shelf availability, product hygiene, planogram maintenance, promotion display setup and price trackingOn-site outlet support including visiting outlets and organising training to KAPE team (Sales & Merchandisers) in maintaining in-store merchandising standard and proceduresEnsure execution excellence in Key Account channel distribution on New Product Launches (planogram and in-store visibility)Analyse promotion execution and effectiveness information and review with branches and key accountPractise vigilance on competitor activities and to provide insights and findingsBuild effective relationship with retail partners, branches and principalsManage and supervise Senior Category Executive role for the developments and implementation of Category Management services to designated PrincipalsResponsible as point of contact for the retail customers regarding any product/merchandising related issueBe aware and provide sound understanding on competitors by providing analysis etc for decision makingAnalyse retainer scan data/sell in data/consumer research data and provide insights (topline)Conduct category reviews to the assigned retailers and principle and recommend strategies to enhance category growthProvide space management services and advice to retail chainCollaborate with Sales Branches on planogram implementationMonitor, update and audit on approved planogram to tradePerform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalentAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in Category Management with proven track record in FMCG industryProficient in using Space Management software by NielsenProficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and Power PointPossess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsPossess strong analytical skills with good business acumen, able to translate insight into action plan that deliver business growth
