Responsibilities -Plan lead and align multi-funtions to implement and control Trade Marketing Marketing calendar Integrate and translate Sales and Marketing strategies into regional sales operations plan and activities Work closely with regional sales management team to develop effective regional promotion plan to achieve sales targetConduct field audit on promotion execution and evaluate trade feedback Responsible for region performance sales analysis and to monitor the regional A and P expenditure Allocate the POSM Promo stocks as per promotion activities Ensure execution excellence through effective tracking and monitoring as well as physical examination Monitor and control all the promo stocks to ensure the depletion sufficient of the stocks Requirements Degree or Diploma holder preferably in Marketing or Business AdministrationAt least 4 years related working experience Those with trade marketing and sales experience in FMCG company will be an added advantagePositive and strategic thinkingwith willingness to learn and contribute attitudePCliterate with practical application of Microsoft Office applicationsPossess own transport and must be willing to travel
