Job Description

Our client, a Multinational FMCG Company is currently seeking for Trade Marketing Manager

Key lead for Trade Promotion & Activation Head responsibility to develop, execute and perform programs created to enhance brand presence and ultimate offtake from consumersProvide marketing assistance to sales team through support KAMs in their customer planning & execution for In-store & E-commerce channelsKey Lead for Category Management’s Design/POSM/Trade communication Ensure channel strategies and brand objectives is met for key activationKey lead for Events, Promoters, Sampling Coordinate activities to organization participation at tradeshows or eventsDevelop, supervise and improve SOPs to link entire marketing activities with sales team activitiesCoordinate communication on price, product and pack changes including NPD launches Ensure 4Ps is smoothly execute at customer levelsCustodian for supply forecast btw (Top down & Bottom Up) Brand Manager and KAMsCustodian for Nielsen Database – data crunching for Nielsen – OperationContribute to organization goals and enhance market share and sales performanceAssist in ad-hoc projects, as and when requiredParticipate in cross functional project teams to represent customer requirements in regards to trade activations and NPD launchesThrough internal training, attain a high level of knowledge relating to technical aspects of the products and a basic understanding of skin conditions and diseases
Interested candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, with minimum 5 years of working experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector managing a major customer/ account with mix function in sales and marketing position Experience in trade operations and category development or marketing is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate to people at all level Multi-task, result-oriented and a good team player
