Job Description

To lead the MFM Training team which includes the Training Executives and National Trainers (BOH, FOH, Shift Management)To ensure the MFM Development Framework is being 100% carried out, tracked and reviewedTo plan, implement and carried out the Learning Needs Analysis for the brandTo develop training material for hourly and management functions,Communicating and supporting company training policies and proceduresTo oversee and manage new manager training programTo support manager's development needs through coaching and mentoring,To plan and implement of existing operational development and training in all restaurantsTo ensures efficient roll-out of new training programs in all restaurantsTo develop and implement roll-out materials for new initiatives, including menu rollouts, human resources procedure changes, and opening units
Must be fluent in both English and Malay3-5 years as a training personnel for a Restaurant company/groupAbility to write and create training materialsThe ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment / able to work under pressure with easeEffective communicator one-on-one or in front of large groupsHas the ability to problem solve and handle high stress situationsAccountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken wordCommunication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely Ethical - Ability to demonstrate, conduct, and conform to a set of values and accepted standards
