Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with customer and vendors to determine the most cost efficient methods to manage them.Efficiently manage operational transactions for vendors: including purchase orders to vendors, shipment tracking, warehouse communication and invoicing.Designing biling and invoicing templates and provide P&L support.Perform labour cost analyses, freight cost analyses and business process analyses.Reponsible for validating coding and processing all expenses.Ensure all agreed changes to cost models and rates of award are executed correctly and flow to system or perform manual billing system.Month end cost and revenue accruals and adjustmentsPerform deep dive analytics for scrutinise performance data, cost variance, test hyphotesis and value proposals.Own the customer credit files and manage them effciently on monthly basis.Work on the preparation of budgets and forecastsAssist internal and external stakeholders with accont enquiries and provide ad hoc reporting whenever requested.Coordinate the budget processJob RequirementCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Others or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience within a solution or analyst role in the logistics/supply chain industry or any other similar industry is required for this position.High level of verbal and written communication skills.Extremely proficient attention for details and accuracyAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsEmbrace change and thrive in a fast paced environmentHave a positive attitude and be able to stay calm under pressure.Full-Time position(s) available
