Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working days / hours: 5 days per week, 8am – 8pm (8hrs per day, shift base)
- Book hotels, flights and travel products for those who wish to travel at a Malaysian call center.
- We will leave the handling of inquiries such as inquiries. Korea is the main source of inquiries.
- The call center has Korean trainers who will assist you, so you can learn in detail about your entire business and your language skills.
- Call center operations.
- Customer support by email or phone.
- Changes and cancellations regarding airline tickets and hotel reservations, inquiries (in Korean).
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary, in any field.
• Native Korean speaker.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): Korean and English.
