Managing the operation of Tuition CenterResponsible for Profit and lostManaging daily operationPlanning for marketing Execution of business processManaging of tutorsDevelop and managing relationships with parents and studentsManaging of competitionsManaging of quality of tuition delivery according to corporate premium quality standardManaging of tuition student for Primary school std 1 - 6 and Secondary School form 1 - 5.Executing of value added learning services such as writing class, art and craft, Maths, Mind Mapping, Computer, language class and etcWorking closely with Sri Cerdik Corporate management to execute and implement corparate franchising strategyManaging of Office Admin and Part time admin to tuition center

Job Requirements:
Min1 years experince in Tuition Center businessAt least1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants are expected to work in Puchong, and the surrounding areas.Preferably Senior executives specializing in Education or equivalent.Full-Time position.Working hours : 1.00 pm to 10 pm, Wed to Friday. 8.30 am to 6.30pm Sat & Sun. ( This working hours to cater to the needs of students, who take tuition at night, after the school hours)Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.Required language : Mandarin
