Company Profile

Since 1954, UNICEF Malaysia Country Office (MCO) has worked with the Government and the people of Malaysia to help transform the lives of children across the nation.
UNICEF started Private Sector Fundraising and Partnership, (PFP) activities in 2008 to fund work in Malaysia, the ASEAN region and globally, and already has over 134,000 individual donors making regular donations. To create further growth, UNICEF Malaysia Country Office started an in-house face to face fundraising operation in early 2016. The in-house team has now grown to an operation of 70+ fundraisers regularly acquiring 1600+ (net) new pledge donors per month, with operations in 3 major markets, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Bahru. In the 2018 to 2021 IMPACT plan, PFP has an ambitious target to increase its current new pledge donor recruitment at 2000 per month with a view to incrementally increasing monthly pledge volume through 2020 and 2021 in line with the local and national country office fundraising vision.
Therefor to meet our planned objectives, we have created a new role of F2F field operations manager. This is a vital role and the purpose is to work closely with Head of Operations and ensure all agreed strategies are implemented at field level. This role will be directly responsible for overseeing all fundraising managers and ensuring the field team is supported and equipped with the knowledge, skills and strategies to be successful. This is a varied role that will involve regular travel to all our city operations and will report to Head of Operations.
