Job Responsibilities :Ensure sales growth is aligned with the Banks objective for Personal Loans.Constant review of Business Units to ensure in line with the Business Plans by monitoring: Average Standard of Performance Feet on Street Cost of AcquisitionCoaching of Direct and Indirect Reports to for the purpose of Talent Identification and Succession PlanningProvide Sales Training strategies to maximize distribution capabilities for units and product.Accurate and punctual sales performance reporting for the perusal of Senior Management Team on: Sales Submission Approval Approval Rates Feet on Street Standard of Performance Cost of AcquisitionIdentify alternative business opportunities for expansion and accelerated growthLiaison with key departments namely: MarketingCustomer Value Proposition, Usage and Revenue Credit Processing Balance growth between Sales Volume and Risk Customer Service Service Quality and issues resolutionEnsure adherence of rules and guidelines with regards to Selling and Compliance by all channelEscalation point for customer complaints, mi-selling and fraud to ensure proper investigation and resolution with the defined turn a round timeBrand Ambassador of the BankJobRequirement :Minimum SPM qualification with credit in BM, BI and MathematicAt least 1 year of banking sales experience is preferredTraining and presentation skillsAnalytical and numerical skillsAdvance level computer software skill specifically in PowerPoint and ExcelSwift decision making abilityPersonal Sales experience to have the ability to relate with sales forceCost sensitive and P & L management experience
